This Sucks!

My Phone is gone, I can't access my account online due to "Technical Issues" I can't research new phone online due to "Technical Issues". And I can't call to cancel my account because my phone is gone. And the one and only sprint wireless store is closed on Sunday and I am not going to drive to St. Cloud just to talk to someone who can cancel my account when I should be able to do this online! Who's great idea was this!
